Finance Officer / Executive

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/statistic/economic or any equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
3. Skills Needed: Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, meticulous, careful and with a positive working attitude.
4. Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office and ERP system.
5. Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor .

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the assigned organization.
2. Communicate with vendors/customers in matters relating to accounts processing, reconciliations, and rectification.
3. Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the completion and accuracy of tasks assigned.
4. Responsible for variance analysis between actual versus projected payment.
5. Perform detailed cash analysis to provide insight into cash flow drivers.
