We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and clients.
2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Provide feedback and insights to the manager.
5. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to the manager.

Job Requirements

1. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Preferably 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or equivalent.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Highly motivated, resilient and results-driven.
6. Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
7. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
