Job Description

1. To formulate maintenance plan for new equipment and machines.
2. Perform troubleshooting and study on eliminating the problem from repeating.
3. Liaise with machine suppliers on continuous improvement.
4. To train, coach and develop team members to handle assembly stations effectively in the area of troubleshooting and setup.
5. To manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly before release for manufacturing.
6. To optimize and improve equipment reliability and design.
7. To execute related activities to meet key performance indicators of department goals and drive for continuous improvement with realistic goal setting together with the team.
8. To evaluate assembly Technicians performance according to department and individual goals.
9. To summarize breakdown report and feedback to line support team for improvement (MTTR and MTBF).
10. To execute any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
2. Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience in the related final assembly maintenance.
3. Proficiency in machine troubleshooting skill.
4. Good in circuit/schematic/mechanical drawing knowledge and ideas in machine improvement.
5. Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topics.
6. Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work independently.
7. Good team player, cooperative, communicative, result and quality oriented.
8. Good English writing and oral communication skills.
