Internship Events Executive

Key Responsibilities -Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events (corporate events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, etc.) _ -Support event setup, registration, and on-site coordination during event days _ -Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (logistics, design, marketing) _ -Assist in preparing event proposals, timelines, and checklists _ -Coordinate event materials such as banners, merchandise, and equipment _ -Help manage guest lists, RSVPs, and attendee communications _ -Support post-event activities including feedback collection and reporting _ -Perform administrative and operational tasks related to event execution What You’ll Gain -Hands-on experience in real event executions _ -Exposure to client-facing and vendor coordination _ -Opportunity to learn end-to-end event management processes _ -Mentorship from experienced event professionals _ -Potential opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance [Apply now at ; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requirements -Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields _ -Strong communication and interpersonal skills _ -Good organizational and time-management abilities _ -Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or event days if required _ -Positive attitude, team player, and able to work under pressure _ -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office _ -Prior experience in events (school projects, volunteering, part-time) is a plus but not required
