Job Responsibility
- Coordinating schedules and assignments for drivers or service technicians.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
- Monitoring routes and providing support or updates as needed.
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with geographical areas and navigation tools.
- SALARY : More than RM 2800 +(BASIC+COMMISSION)
