Job Responsibility
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers, demonstrating product features and explaining their benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
- Persuading customers to make purchases through effective communication and persuasive techniques is a core aspect of the role.
- Achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is essential, along with processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all products being promoted, including their features, benefits, and pricing, is vital.
- Effectively demonstrating products and answering customer inquiries are key responsibilities.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining attractive product displays to draw customer attention.
- Ensuring that promotional materials and signage are properly displayed is important for maximizing visibility and appeal.
- Providing insights on customer preferences and buying behavior helps in identifying potential sales opportunities and new target markets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional coursework in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with direct customer interaction and product demonstration is an advantage.
