Job Description

  • Manage and lead all departments of the entire property development and sales & marketing team.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecast to achieve objectives for our existing and future property development projects.
  • Assist the current sales team and real estate agency in maintaining good relationship, negotiating sales transactions and closing deals.
  • Ensure the sales team and appointed real estate agencies (local & overseas) are fully resourced and well directed with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities.
  • Lead and monitor the progress of various development projects and ensure completion on time, within budget and responsible for the full P&L and required quality.
  • Develop property development strategy & lead operations, including business development, project management, project feasibility, planning & design, sales & marketing and etc.
  • Liaise with relevant parties on issues pertaining to government authoritiesâ approvals, landownersâ matters, consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc.
  • Well directed with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in senior position.
  • Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills.
