Internship Quantity Surveyor

KYN Marketing Sdn Bhd
- Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc..
- Handle daily project follow up and quotation and project costing
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs / projects as and when required by the management from time to time.
- Prepare proposals and project tender documentation for customers and actively follows up on the progress.
- Update local/ regional team on outstanding inquiries and facilitate internal discussions to optimize customer proposals in terms of price, delivery, and quality.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiently spoken, read and written in Bahasa Melayu and English. -Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, organized and good time management skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and team player.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
