SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

Salary: Max RM5,500

Nature of business: One of the world's largest manufacturing & production of security seals

Job description:

1. Update cash book & collection report
2. Verify Bank Reflex transaction
3. Update AR transaction such as collection in system
4. Review BA sales application
5. Maintain AR master file in ERP
6. Prepare & check on monthly trade receivables aging
7. Customer SOA
8. Customer sales & collection report
9. Monthly computation of sales commission
10. Bank Negara Malaysia report
11. Any other ad-hoc matters as & when required

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, with AP & e-permit submission experience is an advantage
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
3. Able to work independently
4. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia
5. Possess leadership qualities with good communication & interpersonal skills
6. Good command of Microsoft Excel
