Job Responsibility
- Customer service: Reception, registration, administration of patients visit.
- Manage the reception counter by greeting, welcoming, answer customers inquiry.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming call/ email while provide basic dental information to customers.
- Daily appointment reminder
- Appointment scheduling
- Education patient post treatment care
- Complaint case handle
- Handling international communication
- Preferably Mandarin Speaker
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work on Sunday.
