Job Responsibility

  • Customer service: Reception, registration, administration of patients visit.
  • Manage the reception counter by greeting, welcoming, answer customers inquiry.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming call/ email while provide basic dental information to customers.
  • Daily appointment reminder
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Education patient post treatment care
  • Complaint case handle
  • Handling international communication

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Mandarin Speaker
  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to work on Sunday.
