Production Engineer Senai

Company Background:

This company is a new setup foreign invested plant which is located at Senai doing as an industrial connectors manufacturer. Besides they also provide global supply chain which included automation solar system telecommunication and many more.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Producing and optimising industrial processes and getting them certified.
• Designing (products change) layout of production process flow and controls machinery and equipment.
• Lead to initiate DMAIC methodology analysis and summarize the report for : IsIs Not whywhy 4m1E or 8D analysis to solve issues that stem from the processes and abnormality (yield loss defects) found in the production. Testing and modifying processes as needed.
• Researching and working with data to analyse effectivity and costefficiency of processes.
• Defining production safety guidelines and procedures in place for the handling of hazardous materials or chemicals.
• Enforcing EnvironmentSafetyand Health (ESH) company industry and government regulations.
• Salary commensurate with experience. Those with good performance to be promoted to manager.
• Those recruit as the pioneer team will need to go to China HQ for a few weeks of industrial training.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or BS in engineering a plus
• 23 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory experience
• OSHA Safety certification Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified Manufacturing Specialist (CMS) a plus
