Administer insurance policies for vehicles in inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation.
Assist customers in understanding their insurance options and coverage.
Follow up with customers.
Generate reports for renewal notices, MYEG (Road tax renewal), and submissions.
Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Handle SAP system for generating customer data and invoices.
Responsibilities for monthly target achievement.
Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Work closely with sales and finance departments to integrate insurance-related processes seamlessly.
Able to work independently.
Open to taking on responsibilities and overcoming challenging work conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
