  • Team Player – Good inter-personality and must have the ability to work with multiple sales teams (Implant Sales Team and Ortho Sales team together to grow the digital business).
  • A profound knowledge of dental workflows at dental laboratories and dental clinics, extensive experience in digital workflow from scanning to postproduction.
  • Able to work independently and within compliance environment.

Your Primary Role

  • Promote and train organisation’s products within an assigned geographic area to existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • This role will cover parts of the following portfolio: laboratory scanners, CAD & CAM design software and hardware for laboratories and chairside applications, milling and printing applications, sintering, guided surgery, intra oral scanners.
  • To provide technical support for all our digital customers.
  • To provide full support for commercial teams to achieve their digital devices sales target.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Organize appointments and meet with prospective customers, masters technical/clinical, dental schools and administrative product information and/or demonstrations and quotes appropriate customer prices.
  2. Demonstrate and present digital products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and dentist assistants.
  3. Provide digital product education, product consultation and training to customers, including product presentation and public relations.
  4. Provide support to sales force in promoting and selling all Straumann digital devices, hardware or software.
  5. Responsible for managing digital setup for each key account working closely with the sales team.
  6. Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings focusing on digital.
  7. Attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
  8. Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  9. Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to Straumann Group’s customers who purchased Straumann digital devices.
  10. Provide training to all sales teams on digital devices on product demo and detailing on hardware and software.
  11. Provide training to digital Sales Specialists and Digital Champions on installation, operation and maintenance of all our digital devices.
  12. Train digital sales specialists and digital champions to be the 1st level support in their country.
  13. Support Straumann’s lab partner on the digital workflow and be responsible for CAD/CAM devices installation and operation in customers' labs.
  14. Identify and create business opportunities with DSO’s on setting up digital labs within their organization.
  15. Provide Co-Diagnostix, Cares Visual and any other software to our customers.

Qualification

  1. At least 3 years of sales experience in the dental industry or medical device industry, implant relevant is a high priority.
  2. Multinational companies working experience is preferred.
  3. Customer-oriented, team player, agile, embrace change, adapt proactively, have a “can-do” attitude.
  4. Must possess problem-solving skills, must be resourcefully innovative to tackle technical problems that arise in customer premises.
  5. CAD/CAM experience will be added advantages.
  6. Good interpersonal skills.
  7. Must be fluent in English – Speak and write, ability to speak other languages is an added advantage.
