Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales and business development initiatives to drive growth and expand market presence. This role contributes directly to revenue generation, customer engagement, and the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment or compressor sales.
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Experience in B2B industrial equipment or compressor sales.
- Proven ability to lead sales and business development activities.
- Experience identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
