GTP

In your new role you will:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior OS / Operation Specialists to meet operation targets.
• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity
• Being a trainer to Operation Specialists
• Involved in process & equipment issues and uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist
• Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity, prioritize task to meet business needs as well as would be the key liaison personnel
• Initiate improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement and quality improvements projects.
• Ensure housekeeping practices is followed at all means

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Fresh graduate in Bachelor of Engineering
• CGPA must be at least 3.0 and above
• 12 months contract
