LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. To plan daily delivery schedule & maintain a proper planning system
2. To handle drivers well and always provide solutions on any logistics issue
3. To coordinate work with relevant department such as Sales and Warehouse
4. To ensure lorry maintenance is done and records are well kept
5. Constantly look for opportunities to improve efficiency and find ways to reduce the lead time of delivery based on the Lead Time Analysis
6. To be involved in the implementation of company management system ISO 9001: 2008

REQUIREMENTS:-

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field
3. Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
4. Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point
5. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work
6. Self-motivated with initiative, able to handle multiple tasks and assignments independently
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
8. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
