Junior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Junior Relationship Manager with a background in the banking industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of financial products and services to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships from different countries. Experience or knowledge in payment card solutions is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations on financial products and services, including payment card solutions.

2. Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and generating new business.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to meet client requirements and enhance service delivery.

3. Financial Expertise:

• Utilize banking knowledge to offer comprehensive financial advice and solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven two (2) years work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the finance sector.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, with knowledge of payment card solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
