Job Description
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) for membership and loyalty programme management.
- Assist HOD in developing and implementing loyalty programme process improvements to meet business goals.
- Responsible in planning and executing process improvement projects.
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet product requirement.
- Handles operation matters especially in investigating shortfalls, issues and complaints.
- Maintain and update all process related documents such as procedure and TandC
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years in product development, products management, and marketing.
- Possess good communication, creative, analytical, self-motivated, and reporting skill.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as work both independently and in a team setting.
- Have a good communication skill with colleagues, agencies, stores, and operation.
- Ability to have creativity to propose and develop new campaign.
