Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Department (HOD) for membership and loyalty programme management.
  • Assist HOD in developing and implementing loyalty programme process improvements to meet business goals.
  • Responsible in planning and executing process improvement projects.
  • Optimize or redesign process flows to meet product requirement.
  • Handles operation matters especially in investigating shortfalls, issues and complaints.
  • Maintain and update all process related documents such as procedure and TandC

  • Possess at least bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field.
  • At least 3 years in product development, products management, and marketing.
  • Possess good communication, creative, analytical, self-motivated, and reporting skill.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Have a good communication skill with colleagues, agencies, stores, and operation.
  • Ability to have creativity to propose and develop new campaign.
