Job Description

• Drive revenue growth through strategic online sales initiatives, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, and enhance brand visibility through social media.
• Interact with customers via email, live chat, and social media.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, ROI, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute social media posting schedules, leveraging analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Set measurable targets and KPIs for online sales performance, continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Identify emerging market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing, preferably within retail or consumer goods industries.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and proficiency in online marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
