Red Springs Overland is hiring a Senior Executive – Brand Activation based at the showroom in Rawang, 30 minutes from KL to lead brand activation, marketing strategies, product launches, dealer relationship management, and community growth through events and outdoor activations. [Apply now at ; JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities:
- Brand and Marketing Strategy
- Develop total marketing strategies, seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns alongside internal sales and digital teams.
- Build strong relationships with authorized dealers, providing promotional support, product updates, and brand marketing materials.
- Partner with outdoor content creators/KOLs and coordinate with e-commerce and social media teams to amplify campaign reach.
- Community and Events
- Plan and execute outdoor campouts, river campsite meetups, lifestyle expos, and community activities.
- Lead marketing division in gathering real-time social media content during events.
- Performance Tracking and Insights
- Monitor campaign ROI, promotional success, dealer sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Share field insights to improve product lines, service standards, and community initiatives.Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in brand activation, marketing strategy, retail sales, or dealer management.
- Experience working with KOLs/influencers and e-commerce platforms.
- Confident communicating in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strategic, organized, and comfortable working in a showroom office environment focused on campaign planning and sales metrics.
- Possess a valid driving license for occasional travel to outdoor event sites and roadshows.
