Position: Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

· Responsible for campus recruitment: Establish connections with universities and colleges in Southeast Asia (mainly in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia), bridge recruitment channels, and oversee the entire recruitment process for fresh graduates and interns.

· Conduct training for campus recruits: Organize training sessions for campus recruits, covering interview skills, resume writing, workplace etiquette, and other related topics to ensure recruitment quality and uphold the company's image.

· Manage RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) recruitment: Focus primarily on outsourcing recruitment services for positions such as data center engineers and infrastructure engineers, ensuring effective fulfillment of recruitment needs.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a campus recruitment manager or RPO recruitment manager, with preference given to candidates who have worked in headhunting agencies.

· Familiarity with the campus recruitment process in Malaysia and a wealth of resources in both campus and social recruitment channels.

· Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across cultures.

· Preference given to candidates with experience in the data center industry or other IT and mechanical manufacturing industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of talent needs in related sectors.

· 负责RPO招聘:主要专注于数据中心工程师、基础设施工程师等岗位的招聘外包服务,确保招聘需求的有效满足。

职位要求:

· 3年以上校园招聘经理或RPO招聘经理经验,具备猎头机构工作经历者优先考虑。

· 熟悉马来西亚校园招聘流程,具备丰富的校园招聘和社会招聘渠道资源。

· 中英文流利,能够流畅地进行跨文化交流和协调工作。

· 具备数据中心行业或其他IT、机械制造行业经验者优先,对相关行业人才需求有较深入的了解和把握能力。
