Position: Sales & Business Development Lead

Salary Up To RM8000

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationship with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Consistently conduct competitive analysis to study the market, identify market trends, and opportunities.
• Develop and refine the division's overall strategic direction, positioning, and long-term vision.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess individual and team performance. Take proactive measures to address any performance gaps and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute brand strategies to build and maintain a strong brand identity.
• Manage and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.
• Experience in software and hardware devices.
• Drive sales performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.
• Proactive measures to address any performance gaps and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to meet or exceed assigned KPI set by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in a business development position minimum of 6 years.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
