Job Responsibility Attendance Management
- Check daily attendance, including overtime and leave, and maintain accurate records.
- Import attendance data to SQL payroll system for processing.
- Schedule and accompany foreign workers for medical check-ups, including doctor visits and FOMEMA screenings.
- Purchase necessary hardware and supplies as required by the company.
- Maintain records of foreign worker passports and levy expiration dates, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Regularly check and maintain inventory levels of hardware, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, gloves, etc.
- Monitor and record lorry trips for accurate salary records and operational planning.
- Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
- Able to do Admin task
