Job Description
- Proficient in conducting telephone conversations with customers
- Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and sales and trade meetings.
- Coordinate and document meetings effectively
- Compose and disseminate email and written communications
- Contribute to the generation of regular reports
- Organize and maintain filing system
- Manage office supply orders and source new vendors
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: SPM holder
- Proficient in using computer
- Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English; having the ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is an added advantage.
- The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
- Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
