Job Description

  • Proficient in conducting telephone conversations with customers
  • Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, and sales and trade meetings.
  • Coordinate and document meetings effectively
  • Compose and disseminate email and written communications
  • Contribute to the generation of regular reports
  • Organize and maintain filing system
  • Manage office supply orders and source new vendors

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: SPM holder
  • Proficient in using computer
  • Can speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English; having the ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is an added advantage.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
