- Develop and implement full spectrum of HR policies that set new industry standards.
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to screening candidates and organizing interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help manage employee relations by addressing queries, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving conflicts.
- Organize employee engagement activities that enhance team spirit and boost morale.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
- Participate in performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development programs.
- Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and tax preparations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
- A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Malaysia’s Employment Act and Labor Laws.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
