  • Develop and implement full spectrum of HR policies that set new industry standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to screening candidates and organizing interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help manage employee relations by addressing queries, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving conflicts.
  • Organize employee engagement activities that enhance team spirit and boost morale.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
  • Participate in performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development programs.
  • Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
  • Review and process employee expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with audits and tax preparations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
  • A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysia’s Employment Act and Labor Laws.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
