Asst Manager Production

• Assist the Production Manager in planning managing and executing production operations.
  
• Coordinate and prioritize production workflow and schedules.
  
• Identify and address operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays.
  
• Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with the production team to enforce company policies and safety standards.
  
• Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production activities and status.
  
• Manage production budgets ensuring cost control while maintaining highquality output.
  
• Support in training supervising and motivating employees as well as managing schedules to achieve production targets.
  
• Coordinate with departments such as materials & logistics quality control and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in engineering or production managementrelated fields.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or over 5 years as a Supervisor.
  
• Work experience in the PCB or electronics industry is required with a preference for candidates from the PCB sector.
  
• Proficient in Chinese
  
• Willingness to undergo training in China for 3 to 6 months.
