In your new role you will:
- Responsible to drive optimization & improvement to Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) & electrical system contribute toward productivity, reliability, stability, environmental
- Ensure Zero legal and corporate non-compliance in Facility Management& Control System (FMCS) and electrical system. Maintain good working relationship with local authorities such as TNB, ST, etc.
- Develop effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure on time demand fulfillment in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system through FMECA, oneSAP etc.
- Define and maintain technology roadmap, specification, database and documentation for Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system inline with local and corporate requirement.
- Support in project execution which includes but not limited to feasibility study, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculation, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, reporting, handover; etc.
- Lead and drive Industry 4.0 (i4.0) initiatives for the department contribute toward productivity, efficiency, automation.
- Site focal person in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and Electrical who provides technical support to project and operation team
- Local site technical expert representative for discussion and collaboration within Facility Management Cluster.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechatronics)
- Min. 5 years related working experience in Facilities Management or related field/industry, preferably experience in semiconductor facilities management/services/engineering.
- Good communicator with strong teamwork attitude
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experienced with Siemens PCS7 and/or Tridium is an added advantage
