Technician/Senior Technician/Associate Engineer I

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Assist process engineer on shift process yield monitoring to achieve yield target.
Provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitoring reaction plans to improve process yield.
Work with engineer to support on improvement project on process performance and efficiency.
To qualify & buy off equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
Support on process documentation (eg. visual aid, work instruction & etc).
Support form fit evaluation for BOM material sample from supplier.
Responsible to buy off & monitor SBR, First Article & TLC build.
Perform & complete task assigned within given time frame.
Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry and in mass production environment.
Candidate with epoxy or soldering knowledge and dispensing machine setup skill will be preferred.
With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information data.
Able to work in shift.
