Store Operation Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving store success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
-Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and support staff.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer
service.
-Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
-Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures.
-Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer
satisfaction.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the hardware industry.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and handle various operational tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
