Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
- Knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Able to handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks and inventory transactions.
- Must have basic understanding of administrative work.
- Keeping and updating record of transactions, issuing receipts, ensuring the validity of transactions, performing other administrative support functions.
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with phone calls and emails queries.
- Assisting at reception counter.
