Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

  • Knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Able to handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks and inventory transactions.
  • Must have basic understanding of administrative work. 
  • Keeping and updating record of transactions, issuing receipts, ensuring the validity of transactions, performing other administrative support functions.
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form. 
  • Dealing with phone calls and emails queries.
  • Assisting at reception counter.
