Associate Procurement Specialist - Procurement Specialist - Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Duties
- Send RFQs/ inquiries to vendors to obtain quotes.
- Review, analyze quotations, negotiate including terms and conditions to secure the best value from the vendors.
- Maintain proper filing/ records.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Resolve supplier performance issues and procurement‑related disputes.
- Bridge the requirement between internal customers and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
