Finance Analyst (FP&A)

Responsibilities
:
- Lead annual budgeting process for plantation, aquaculture and mill operations
- Prepare cash flow projections and support monthly/quarterly/yearly financial planning
- Assist SFM & CFO and functional teams to ensure timely and accurate budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
- Perform monthly/quarterly P&L, budget vs. actual and financial performance variance analysis, including aging analysis
- Responsible for operational controlling of CAPEX and OPEX and provide financial/business support to operational teams
- Perform monthly flash results, KPI dashboard, quarterly IFR commentary
- Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making
Requirements
:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' working experience in Financial/Management roles.
- Hands-on experience in financial management reporting, financial accounting, and project accounting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel analysis data, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and implement corrective measures.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-have :
- CIMA/CA/CPA (qualified/partly qualified) or equivalent.
- Plantation, aquaculture or commodity-based business.
- Knowledge in UBS system.
