JOB DESCRIPTION
- Retain and grow sales within existing key account customers, responsible for monthly revenue goals
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company.
- Resolving key account issues and complaints.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Provide full range of packaging & warehousing solutions to customers to enhance their business
- To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers
- Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and will be an added benefit.
- Preferred language(s): English, Mandarin ( Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
