Job Description

Generate New Business:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products.
• Effectively communicate product features and advantages to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and successful contract execution.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Client Acquisition:

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to acquire new clients in the automotive industry.
• Visit auto repair shops, dealerships, and other relevant businesses to promote our products.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts and their applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with industry professionals.
• Results-Driven:
  Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive sector.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including visiting automotive workshops and dealerships.
• Valid Driver's License:
  Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
