Responsibilities:
- To integrate human, information, material, monetary, and technological resources to produce goods and services optimally.
- To carry out equipment capacity studies and establish the capacity model.
- To plan and coordinate productivity improvement plans.
- To collect data and compile it into a factory perspective to help management conduct quick reviews.
- To design plant layout for effective space utilization.
- To assist in setting standard cost per process.
- To carry out Ramp Management Equipment hook-up activities and Move-in schedules.
- To conduct work measurement and develop labor/machine balance charts.
- To plan and set up production lines for new products.
- To prepare and control plant layout to assist lean manufacturing system implementation.
- To develop and monitor capacity plans.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma with 2 years of working experience in a related discipline such as engineering, decision analysis, human factors (human-machine/computer interaction), manufacturing systems, optimization production, distribution, and material handling, statistics.
- Experience in using timestudy to set up assembly lines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and propose improvements.
