Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. To integrate human, information, material, monetary, and technological resources to produce goods and services optimally.
2. To carry out equipment capacity studies and establish the capacity model.
3. To plan and coordinate productivity improvement plans.
4. To collect data and compile it into a factory perspective to help management conduct quick reviews.
5. To design plant layout for effective space utilization.
6. To assist in setting standard cost per process.
7. To carry out Ramp Management Equipment hook-up activities and Move-in schedules.
8. To conduct work measurement and develop labor/machine balance charts.
9. To plan and set up production lines for new products.
10. To prepare and control plant layout to assist lean manufacturing system implementation.
11. To develop and monitor capacity plans.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Degree or Diploma with 2 years of working experience in a related discipline such as engineering, decision analysis, human factors (human-machine/computer interaction), manufacturing systems, optimization production, distribution, and material handling, statistics.
2. Experience in using timestudy to set up assembly lines.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to analyze complex data and propose improvements.
