  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing ongoing technical assistance to customers.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Email, Live Chat etc.)
  • Communicating and coordinating with relevant teams (IT, Sales and Marketing etc.) as necessary.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least possesses Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service position. Fresh graduates who are passionate in Customer Service are welcomed to apply.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to deal with mandarin speaking clients).
  • Must be willing to work on rotational shift - 24/7 (Midnight shift allowance will be provided).
  • Afternoon and night shifts are allowed to work from home.
