Open Position: Commercial & Hospitality Planning Manager (Investment and Management Company)

An Investment and Management Company is currently hiring a Commercial & Hospitality Planning Manager to join them in the Pahang office.

Key responsibilities includes:

• More than 6 years' experience in Project Management, successfully managing projects such as efficiency and effectiveness improvement projects, optimization of process, resources planning, cost savings and etc,
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate the strategic planning and business planning (short-term and long-term).
• Prepares financial models for new business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the planning and/or development of strategic initiatives across Commercial & Hospitality sectors.
• Create and take part in committees to supervise, direct, or carry out projects while elevating any complaints, issues, or matters for Senior Management's approval.
• Possessing a Project Management Certificate are a nice thing to add.
• Great problem solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
