Job Responsibility
- Responsible to provide end-to-end Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) installation processes including arranging site visit with customers or third-party vendors.
- Provide on-site support and training, basic setup and configurations, password resets, product navigational assistance.
- Performing test to ensure good internet coverage at customer place and troubleshoot problems if needed.
- Provide customer service and outdoor sales, up selling and cross selling Wi-Fi package to customer.
- Adhere to SOPs as required by Supervisor.
- Minimum qualification: SPM/CA1C/CA2C
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Additional advantage if possess CFOT certificate
- Process Own Transport (Car/Motorbikes â Preference will be given for candidate with car)
