Job Description
- Benefits Strategy Development: Design and implement competitive benefits programs that attract and retain top talent across the APAC region.
- Regional Coordination: Harmonize benefits plans across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural relevance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to secure the best services and rates.
- Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations, including regular audits and updates as necessary.
- Employee Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees are well-informed about their benefits options and any changes.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze benefits utilization and costs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align benefits programs with business objectives.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and issues regarding benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., GPHR, CEBS) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits management, with at least 3 years in a regional role within the APAC region.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of benefits practices and regulations across APAC countries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
