Job Description

  • Benefits Strategy Development: Design and implement competitive benefits programs that attract and retain top talent across the APAC region.
  • Regional Coordination: Harmonize benefits plans across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural relevance.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to secure the best services and rates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations, including regular audits and updates as necessary.
  • Employee Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employees are well-informed about their benefits options and any changes.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze benefits utilization and costs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align benefits programs with business objectives.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and issues regarding benefits, providing clear and accurate information.


The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., GPHR, CEBS) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits management, with at least 3 years in a regional role within the APAC region.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of benefits practices and regulations across APAC countries.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
  • Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
