Responsibilities

• Define NAND qualification plan.
• Facilitate and manage qualification.
• Perform qualification test data analysis and risk assessment at all decision points within the qualification cycle.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure mode and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions and/or preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to understand new reliability issues, determine resolutions, and assess their impact to customer risk and reliability.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are critical.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities, able to coordinate multiple issues simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Preferred: Experience in the semiconductor industry as a QA or Product engineer; experience in failure analysis is a plus.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve engineering productivity or reporting efficiency is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
