JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide Technical Leadership and directions to sustain/enhance and optimize molding process to achieve Quality, Delivery, and Cost efficient production with standardization and implementing Best Practices.
2. Act as engineering resource to molding operation ensuring process standardization and responsible for new tooling/autoloader process set up/optimization of existing process.
3. Participate in early design review and tool design/modification of new product to ensure the process robustness to ensure Quality Level and meeting the process capabilities.
4. Provide engineering support in terms of production & quality issues to ensure issues are contained and resolved.
5. Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the process/equipment maintenance activities.
6. Train the new process technician/Tool Maker to meet their objectives and organizational needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree / Diploma in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical / Polymer Engineering) more preferred.
2. Min 3 Years’ experience in high precision injection molding and hands on experience in Molding Process set up and optimization.
3. Knowledge in Tooling Fabrication Technique will be an added advantage.
4. Molding process set up and optimization.
5. Able to work on molding machines.
