Job Responsibility
- Assist full spectrum of Human Resource duties and activities.
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters and letters of increments & promotion, verifying monthly overtime claims, checking and maintain record of staff reimbursement for medical/ traveling/ mileage, monitoring leaves records, manage staff training in-house/ public, HRDF training grant application and claim, LMW etc.
- Assist on preparing monthly payroll reports.
- To do all necessary printout and filing for payroll reports and transactions.
- Assist on monthly statutory and yearly e-filing for employer Form E.
- Extract and prepare the past payroll record/ other information requested by any relevant government authority.
- To check all attendance records for monitoring the punctuality and absence of staff.
- Brief new staff for existing policies, procedures and regulation.
- Assist the Socso claim case whenever needed.
- Assist misconduct case for documentation and tasks assigned by Management.
- To do the data entry to software system-Infotech
- To ensure all files and records are orderly filed/ documented.
- Liaise with outsourcing accountant regarding to bank related issues and Singapore HQ.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Certificate in any related qualification.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin*Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in HR, Payroll & Recruitment role.
