Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, credit management, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and reconciliation of accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to OTC activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing relevant data and insights.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and stakeholders to address their needs.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the OTC function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful OTC Analyst (French Speaker) should have:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and financial principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working in the life science industry is an advantage.
