Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional production planner experience, with a preference for a background in the manufacturing industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Planning Executive plays a key role in overseeing and implementing production strategies that align with overall business demand. This role will be responsible for leading the Production Planning Department and collaborating with various production teams to ensure that production output meets customer demand.

The Primary responsibilities are as follows:

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer order quantities, shipping dates, monthly stock audits, and addressing any product quality issues.
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness is achieved through proper scheduling of manpower, machine utilization, material usage, process improvement, cost saving and quality control.
  • Overseeing the proper movement of materials in and out of the plant, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Ensuring products are in good condition and properly managed.
  • Minimize delays for all primary finished goods delivery.
