Job Description
- Ensure the vehicles of all new hires are delivered in a timely manner, as well as taking care of road tax and insurance renewal, Puspakom inspection, ownership transfer, insurance claims for accidents, panel workshop management - vehicle maintenance, summons listing and motor vehicle disposal.
- Monitor and settle Shell petrol card and Touch & Go fleet cards payment
- Monitor staff uniforms, stationery and name card inventory and distribution to ensure professional execution of work duties across the company
- Timely update invoices, delivery order, payment to supplier to reflect the accurate cost expenses.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and renew the service agreement
- Assist in office-wide events, such as festive celebrations
- Business travel arrangement (Hotel & Flight)
- Negotiate and manage food caterers for daily staff lunches to ensure proper budgeting of meal plans
- Obtain staff feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality of all information
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or other equivalent fields.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill. Ability to communicate cross departments and different management level.
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in clerical or admin scope of works.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
