Junior Technician

Repair, Customize, perform all types of maintenance or overhaul for both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality._

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to internaland external) customer.
• Complete assigned work within the scheduled or allotted time period whoever possible. Continually improve this efficiency skill.
• Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible.
• Accept work assignment from Superior.
• Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known.
• Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
• Assist service writer, when requested with writing up work orders, communication with customer, test riding or any other issues which will help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Notify superior of additional work needed or any delays in expected completions as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of the delay.
• After job is finished ensuring proper completion and filing or paperwork.
• Keep work area as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
• Maintain technical knowledge and qualifications by completing necessary training programs assigned to you.__

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: __

• Certificate in Automotive/Motorcycle Maintenance or Equivalent
• Effective Communication – Good command of written and spoken English
• Effective interpersonal skills and a team player
• Proficiency in computer software_
