Open Position: Team Lead, IT Security Operations (Investment and Management Company)

An Investment and Management Company is currently hiring a Team Lead, IT Security Operations to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

1. More than 5 years’ experience leading and managing a small team in IT Security Operations.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science.
3. Advise the project team in clarifying the organization’s IT Security standards and review the functional and technical specifications of the project to ensure adequate security controls are in place throughout all systems and platforms to mitigate identified security risks sufficiently.
4. Drive security strategies and implement IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks.
5. Ensure continuous improvement by implementing security updates as necessary.
6. IT security certifications are welcome.
7. Good analytical, technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
8. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise IT Security solutions.
