Payroll Management:

  1. Support payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, fund requests, other remunerations, and annual activities.
  2. Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  3. Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, tax filings, and other payroll-related documentation.
  4. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
  5. Maintain payroll schedules, SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Leave Management:

  1. Manage the leave record and entitlements of staff and ensure accuracy.
  2. Review and develop the leave entitlement policies.

HR Software Maintenance:

  1. Maintain and update HR software with precise and current employee information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Staff Onboarding & Offboarding:

  1. Ensure seamless integration of colleagues by preparing contracts and other relevant documents.
  2. Design and provide briefings for all new colleagues.
  3. Supervise and conduct the necessary administrative procedures for any departure of staff.

Others:

  1. Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Plan and coordinate staff training when necessary.
  3. Support audit and ad hoc projects when required.
