Job Description
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement programmes.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organisational design, and people-related matters.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver HR solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Analyse HR metrics and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making and recommend business-focused solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.
- Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership capability and enhance employee performance.
- Support the implementation of HR programmes, policies, and initiatives that promote a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12years of Human Resources experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent strategies, and organisational effectiveness.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and leadership coaching.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic HR initiatives and organisational change.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with commercial objectives.
- Experience using HR analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience within a multinational manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
