Safety Officer (ESH)

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with safety and health regulations. Your role includes developing and implementing safety systems, conducting inspections and audits, investigating incidents, and providing training to employees. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain safe working conditions and uphold environmental standards. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safe workplace systems, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal ESH regulations.
• Conduct scheduled Safety Inspections and Audits, monitor corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and occupational health issues, reporting to MyKKP.
• Assist in Scheduled Waste Management, to ensure compliance with DOE regulations and environmental laws.
• Conduct Safety and Health training programs for employees.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess with Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety/ Occupational Safety and Health/ Environmental Science or Certificate in Safety & Health Officer
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the manufacturing sector 
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and standards. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
